Abstract: The code/syntax includes the data retrieval and describes the quantitative analysis presented in the named reference. For our analysis, we use data (v4.0) from the 2010 and 2014 waves of the “Panel on Household Finances” (PHF). We explore the relationship between subjective well-being (SWB), income, household wealth, and its components. Additionally, we explore the significance of one's wealth relative to others' for SWB.
