Abstract: Content analysis of files of environmental criminal proceedings of the
prosecuting attorney´s office.
Topics: The survey form for the content analysis encoding of the files
is largely identical to the instrument used in ZA Study No. 1443. The
differences relate only to the fact that the investigations and
completion of procedure were not conducted by the government office for
fines but by the prosecuting attorney´s office.
Demography: sex; marital status; year of birth; nationality; size of
place of residence; occupation; occupational position; social class of
respondent.
