Geographic coverage: Germany (DE), FRG incl. West Berlin
Universe: Persons influencing opinion in areas relevant to economic policy. The following were defined as target groups for the survey: politicians, management civil servants, trade unionists, journalists, managers and bankers.

Sampling Procedure: Stratified random sample.
