Universe: Persons between the ages of 16 to 29 years with residence in the Federal Republic, ´oversample´ in the new states.

Sampling Procedure: Multi-stage stratified random sample (ADM mastersample). Random route in the sample of target households and sample of target persons in household through random number.
Mode of Data Collection: Oral survey with standardized questionnaire
