Abstract: The match between the situations of young unemployed and the
assistance offered to them by state agencies and non-governmental
organizations (NGO).

Universe: Young unemployed people aged 16-30 years.

Sampling Procedure: Multi-stage sampling.
In each country two labor markets were chosen - one with higher and one
with lower unemployment rate than the average in the country.
In each region three quarters of young people were randomly selected
