Universe: German citizens in private households between the ages of 18 to 30 years, who are living with a steady partner in the same or in a separate household. At the same time there had to be at least one child living in personal household or that of partner.

Sampling Procedure: Multi-stage stratified random sample (ADM mastersample)
Mode of Data Collection: Oral survey with standardized questionnaire
