Abstract: Moral, religious, societal, political, work, and family values of Europeans. Geographic coverage: Iceland (IS)
Universe: The adult population 18 years old and older.
Number of Units: 968
Sampling Procedure: Representative multi-stage random sample
Mode of Data Collection: Face-to-face interviews with standardized questionnaire. In Iceland about a quarter of the respondents were interviewed by telephone. These were respondents in remote areas of the country.

Notes: The sampling procedure is described in detail in the source book of L. Halman mentioned above. In Iceland about a quarter of the respondents were interviewed by telephone.
