Abstract: The aim of the study is to record and describe the situation of atypical employees. How do those affected assess their employment relationship? What are the attitudes and expectations of atypical employees towards employers, trade unions, politics and society? How do those affected deal with their situation and how does the atypical work relationship affect other areas of life? How satisfied are atypical employees with their lives and different aspects?
