Abstract: Objective: The European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) asks establishments about the way they manage occupational safety and health (OSH) in practice, with a particular focus on psychosocial risks, i.e. work-related stress, violence and harassment.
Method: ESENER-2 was conducted in summer and early autumn 2014 in establishments with five or more employees from both private and public organisations across all sectors of economic activity except for private households (NACE T) and extraterritorial organisations (NACE U).
