Abstract: Gerloff’s historical and statistical investigation is one among the classical investigations of the financial history of the period between 1867 and 1912 (see also: Wilhelm Gerloff, 1913: Die Finanz- und Zollpolitik des Deutschen Reiches von 1867 bis 1912, Archiv-Nr.: ZA8340).
The study comprises time series of Prussian’s fiscal system as well as of the German Empire’s fiscal system.
