Historical Patent Statistics of 44 Nations, 1791 to 1961.

Abstract: Pat J. Federico has compiled a data collection that includes historical data on patent statistics for 44 states. He draws on official publications of each country. The data-tables begin in 1791 with the patent statistics of France, Great Britain, the Netherlands and the United States. From 1812 then the total numbers of all in the German States granted patents are added to the date-tables of the other nations.
