Abstract: The aim of the study as part of the ‘Metavorhaben Digitalisierung im Bildungsbereich’ (Digi-EBF) was to identify research gaps in media didactics, media pedagogy and media education. This was intended to create an overarching understanding of which topics should be researched in more detail. In a first step, research gaps were identified on the basis of critical reviews carried out in Digi-EBF and assigned to six key topics as a basis for the questionnaire.
