Abstract: Judgement on the development of Berlin and attitude of the western
powers.
Topics: Assessment of the short-term as well as long-term political
and economic development in Berlin; assumed attitudes of the
governments in France, England, USA and the Federal Republic to Berlin;
attitudes to the variety of parties and government composition in
Berlin as well as in Bonn; attitude to change of government in Berlin,
the socially-oriented market economy, achievement-based wages and the
unlimited accumulation of possessions by private individuals; party
preference.
