Abstract: Vacation and travel habits of the West German population in 1986 as
well as vacation plans for the next season.
The main focus of this travel analysis is the topic of factors
influencing tourist habits.
The content of the study is largely comparable with the other travel
analyses.

remaining at place of vacation or tour; same destination each year;
