Abstract: As part of the research project “KoLepP”, the cooperation of teachers and other educational staff at all-day schools was examined for transitional recommendations and individual support. To this end, parents of fourth graders, fourth grade teachers, educational staff, fourth graders and principals from elementary schools participated.
