Abstract: Since parliamentary work traditionally took place mostly in the committees,
the number, topic and membership in these committees is
of particular significance for the analysis of parliamentary action.

Universe: All committees and members, only as set up, i. e. without successors.
Number of Units: 2484
Sampling Procedure: Census Mode of Data Collection: File analysis of the published transcripts of the Reichstag
for the respective legislative period.
